Revolut Business — fees, features, catches and eligibility

Important: This guide provides general information, not personalised financial advice. Financial products, rates and eligibility rules can change, so check the provider’s current terms before applying. You can check a firm’s details on the FCA Register.

Quick answer

Revolut Business is a multi-currency business account. As of 3 October 2026 plans started at £10 a month (Basic), with Grow from £30 and Scale from £90. Each plan includes allowances for free local and international transfers and currency exchange at the interbank rate.

Above your allowance, local transfers cost £0.20, international transfers £5 and exchange 0.6%.

Who it’s for

  • Businesses that pay or get paid in several currencies
  • Limited companies and sole traders comfortable with app-based banking

Who should avoid it

These are general points to weigh up, not advice. You may want to look elsewhere if:

  • You want a free business account — every plan has a monthly fee
  • You withdraw cash often — a 2% fee applies per withdrawal
  • You need FSCS cover — check which Revolut entity holds your account

Key features

  • Multi-currency accounts and cards
  • Monthly allowances for free transfers and interbank-rate exchange
  • Xero bank feed (syncs roughly every four to six hours)
  • Unlimited team member access

Eligibility

  • Limited companies and sole traders
  • Revolut runs its own business checks on application

The catch

Revolut Bank UK Ltd is a bank, but Revolut Ltd is an e-money institution whose accounts aren’t FSCS covered. Exchange outside market hours costs 1%.
