Quick answer
The Co-operative Bank’s Regular Saver paid 7.00% gross/AER variable on up to £250 a month for 12 months, as of 4 October 2026. It’s only for personal Co-operative Bank current account holders (smile accounts don’t count).
For lump sums, its Fixed Term Deposits paid 4.25% AER for one, two or three years and its Fixed Rate Cash ISAs 4.25% for one or two years, as of 19 October 2026.
Who it’s for
- Current account customers who can save monthly
- Lump-sum savers wanting a one- to three-year fix from £1,000

Full explanation
A regular saver suits money you’ll save from income. Our savings growth calculator shows what £250 a month could earn.
The catch
The Regular Saver rate is variable. At the end of 12 months your money moves to the Smart Saver, which paid only 1.40% AER variable.
Select Access Saver 5 drops to 1.00% if you make three or more withdrawals in a calendar year.
